Sandwell is one of the four Black Country Boroughs, neighbour to Walsall, Wolverhampton and Dudley. It’s famous for its football team, country park and Blast furnaces and the first Blast! Festival of Photography, Talks and Walks.

Is the festival free and do I need tickets to attend?

All the exhibitions are free and don’t require tickets to visit them. Some of the events will be ticketed and there may be a small charge so please look at the artist pages for details of how to book tickets and opening times.

When are the exhibitions open?

Most of the exhibitions will run for the full duration of the festival (24 May - 29 June 2019) but please check each artist page for opening times.
